Terms for using SYNVIO.
Last updated: 26 October 2026. A signed customer agreement can supplement or replace these terms for a specific deployment.
Customer responsibility
Customers are responsible for authorized access, the channels and domains they connect, the knowledge they provide and review of important AI-generated outputs before relying on them.
AI-assisted output
AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate. SYNVIO does not provide legal, medical, financial or other regulated professional advice through AI-generated content.
Usage and plans
Wallet-funded PAYG usage is available without a subscription. Any company plan is optional and provides the allowance and limits stated at purchase. BYOK provider charges are paid to the selected provider, not to SYNVIO.
Acceptable use
The service may not be used for unlawful activity, spam, impersonation, unauthorized access, malware, prohibited surveillance or attempts to bypass provider restrictions.
